All our pork is free range; born and reared outdoors on a farm near the village of Storrington, West Sussex. The farmer uses a carefully developed style of husbandry and well-trained staff to ensure the pigs enjoy an un-stressed life of fresh air and additive-free food. This care, along with his selection of traditional breeds, makes for very flavoursome pork.

We make all our own hand-linked sausages, our mince is made to order for ultimate freshness and to minimise waste and the cheeks and trotters are always available for the real foodies amongst you!
